Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to generate new business and grow existing accounts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in commercial printing, graphic communications, or B2B sales who enjoys developing relationships and helping customers find the right print solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and face-to-face meetings.
- Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
- Identify customer needs and recommend commercial printing, signage, promotional products, and mailing solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate with customer service, estimating, and production teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Follow up on estimates and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Stay current on industry trends, printing technologies, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (commercial printing experience preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of digital, large-format printing, and finishing processes is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
